People thrive when they feel appreciated

Just came across a great article entitled People Thrive when they feel appreciated.

It is by Blogger Mike Fromowitz and I can recommend the article…as it makes the point that happy (appreciated) employees are more likely to be creative and make significant contributions to the bottom line than those who are not appreciated.
